After publishing my Christmas advent calendar last year, so many of you asked for something similar for Easter, wanting a way to bring your family together over Christ once again.

If I created one, I knew it needed to be meaningful yet simple; quick yet important; and  impactful without being boring. After working hard on it, I think I have something great that your family will love!

YOU CAN GET IT HERE!

It is the same format as my Christmas advent…just print, cut and fold, super easy to do without leaving home. The scripture options are short (I have boys who don’t like sitting!) and the questions will hopefully allow introspection and discussion for you and your kids young and old! Would also be so fun to leave on the doorstep of a neighbor with a few Easter treats!

DISPLAY

There are so many options for displaying it! You can keep it super simple and just stack the cards on top of each other. You can string them up on your mantle and secure them with paper clips or mini clothespins. You can put them in an Easter basket to display. You can just read them off each day and journal from the questions. If you want to add an element of fun, print them on computer paper and fold them into large Easter eggs with candy. Hide one each day and let the kids find it! So many possibilities!  Also, an awesome gift during this crazy time!!

FAQs

Here are some FAQ that you might want the answers to before you buy!

A: 15

Q: Can I start late or skip a day?

A: Yes! Many of the days are quick and easy. You can double up for sure.

Q: How long will this take each day?

A: It can be as quick as 5-15 minutes, depending on how long your family likes to discuss things!

Q: How much is it?

A: $3 and you download and print at home

Q: It says for personal use only. How many can I download if I want to give it to family and friends as a gift?

A: I try to keep it really affordable and appreciate your honesty. Feel free to download up to 3 per purchase. If you need more, just purchase another round and print up to 3 again.

Q: Can I do this on my own or with one partner or is it just for families?

A: It is awesome for individual study or partner study! The questions will get people of all ages discussing and thinking. If you are doing it on your own, consider using the questions as journal prompts. Would be great to send to missionaries!

A: Absolutely.

A: Yes! It would prompt great, extended family discussion.

If you have other questions, feel free to send them my way!

A Little Easter Thought

At a time when many of us are starving for hope, Easter arrives. It is a time of renewal for our bodies, souls, and spirits as we look to Christ and hold onto His mission and perfect love. As you study the last week of Christ’s ministry and His impending death and resurrection, I hope this advent gives you a chance to imprint Him more clearly upon your hearts; I want His story to change the way you see the world and your circumstances, but more than anything I want His promise and power to change you and your families, from the inside out.

There is much opposition, turmoil and unknown, but I know that goodness, hope and joy are also alive and well, and I am so grateful for that!
Happy Easter my friends!
**If you purchased a Christmas Advent and loved it or love the Easter one and have a minute to write a review on my Etsy shop or post and tell others about it, I sure would appreciate it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ***
