There is a great little ice cream spot in Saline, Mickey’s Dairy Twist. We love the homemade, hand-dipped ice cream that comes in new flavors every time you stop by. Our recent favorites are Honey Cinnamon Pecan and Brownie Batter. It’s tough to find ice cream like this anywhere else, so you must visit!

We love the location past downtown Saline off Michigan Avenue with the outdoor picnic tables and walk up window (usually open from March to November). The service is fantastic, the portions are generous, and we loved swaying to the old school music playing on the patio. Mickey’s just tastes and feels like summer.
