I have one more birthday tradition we started a few years ago that is worth sharing. Each year I have my kids fill out a birthday questionnaire. I ask them the questions and type in the answers, then save them with my favorite picture of them from that year. You could print it or just keep it on your blog. It is a riot to hear what they say, and they love when I sit when them and ask them all about themselves. I filled in my 1 year-old’s this year, but when my son was 3 he gave me some of the best answers yet, so just about anyone can do it. I know they will love looking back on this as will I.
